Morning Prayer of Trust in God.

A Psalm of David, when
2 Sam 15:13-17, 29
he fled from Absalom his son.

1 O Lord, how bmy adversaries have increased!
Many are rising up against me.
2Many are saying
Or to
of my soul,
There is no
Or salvation
,
edeliverance for him in God.”
Selah may mean: Pause, Crescendo or Musical interlude
Selah.

3But You, O Lord, are ga shield about me,
My hglory, and the One who ilifts my head.
4I was crying to the Lord with my voice,
And He janswered me from kHis holy
Or hill
mountain. Selah.

Or As for me, I
I nlay down and slept;
I awoke, for the Lord sustains me.
6I will onot be afraid of ten thousands of people
Who have pset themselves against me round about.

7 qArise, O Lord; rsave me, O my God!
For You
Or smite
have tsmitten all my enemies on the
Or jaw
cheek;
You
Or shatter
have wshattered the teeth of the wicked.

Or Deliverance
,
ySalvation belongs to the Lord;
Your zblessing
Or is
be upon Your people! Selah.
